The Gourmet Christmas section is one of our largest divisions, as it covers a wide variety of hamper types. A Gourmet hamper has a bit of everything included, from sweet and savoury food items to drinks and tipples. They are popular family gift baskets or for an individual lucky lady or man. Savoury items found in a gourmet hamper include luxury cheese, chutneys, oatcakes, nuts, pretzels and fresh produce such as smoked salmon and lamb cutlets. Sweet gourmet items include many kinds of chocolates – plain & exotic, fudge, cakes, artisan biscuits, jams, marmalades and sundried fruit. Drinks can either be non-alcoholic, such as tea and coffee or alcoholic, such as wine, champagne, beer, whiskey or port. Creating the right mix of product tastes and packaging them beautifully is part of the Irish Gourmet service.
