You can email us your spreadsheet of delivery addresses. Or enter them into our spreadsheet or order form (below), and simply email or fax it. We're happy to call you to confirm your order & collect payment.
For multiple deliveries to a single address the delivery price can be significantly reduced. For a quick quote please contact us stating how many hampers you require.

Can I add in my own gift cards or corporate literature?
Yes - we can add compliment slips, letters, promotional literature or signed greeting cards. Simply let us know.
How can I pay?
We accept payment via the following methods: VISA and MasterCard Debit and Credit Cards, Switch (Maestro), Bank Transfer, Cheque and Banker’s Draft (made payable to ‘Irish Gourmet).
When should I order for Christmas?
Please remember to order early for Christmas to avoid disappointment as stock is subject to availability. Typically, our customers reserve hampers from September onwards.
I have a large list of recipients, can I just send you a spreadsheet of all the details?
Yes, if ordering items going to multiple recipients at separate addresses, please use our Bulk Order Booking Form spreadsheet above. Complete the form and email to sales@irishgourmet.co.uk
Can I be notified when my order has been delivered?
All gifts are dispatched with tracking numbersissued by our couriers. If you place your order online, you will automatically receive a tracking number for each order, which allows you to see the progress of delivery at the touch of a button. For offline orders our office staff can assist in providing this information.
I have a large volume of baskets addressed to one delivery address. How much will shipping cost?
Our standard delivery rate is £6.99 for the 1st hamper, with 50% discount on the second basket, 50% on the 3rd hamper etc For multiple deliveries to a single address the delivery price can be significantly reduced. For a quick quote simply email sales@irishgourmet.co.uk or fill in our 2 second Delivery Discount Form stating how many baskets you require & we will get back to you within the hour.
Can I create my own Hamper ?
For design ideas and made-to-order corporate gift baskets and hampers - please contact us. Please be advised that due to high volume demand last requests for customised Christmas hampers need to reach us in November
How do I order?
ONLINE – For single orders to individual addresses the simpliest way to order is online. Automated notification emails ensure you are aware of your order's progress from placement to dispatch. An individual order must be placed for each delivery address and payment must be via VISA, MasterCard credit or Debit card or Maestro (Switch)
FAX - Should you prefer to place your order offline or wish to pay via an alternative method other than credit card, you can fax or email in your order. If ordering items going to more than 5 recipients at separate addresses, please us our Bulk Order Booking Form above. Alternatively, for smaller orders you can also download our one page Fax Back Order Sheet.
