We have selected cheeses from around Ireland, which are perfectly shaped and packaged to suit in a gourmet gift hamper. During the year we offer a variety of different cheeses from Ireland’s leading dairy and cheese co-operatives. These include FiveMileTown Creamery, which started making cheeses in 1898, they are Master Cheesemakers who have been using milk from their herds that roam the lush pastures of the Clogher Valley. We also feature the Causeway Cheese Company with their distinctive hexagonally shaped flavoured cheddar cheeses and Bandon Vale from County Cork. At Christmas time we offer Cashel Blue, which was developed in 1984, it is Ireland’s original artisanal blue cheese.
